Most of the homes are vinyl sided, although there a few brick homes in the community. Lots sizes vary with the average being around 1/3 of an acre. The community was entirely built out by 2003.
The neighborhood of 120 homes was laid out in a curvilinear pattern which gives it an open feeling. Conservation areas run through the community which adds to the charm.
